1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (we sent the wrong item).

Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, software, digital codes).

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 3-7 business days​ for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue a refund for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period.

  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item).

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless otherwise required by law).

4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., we sent a defective or incorrect product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for the return.

  • Photographs of the item (especially if it is damaged or defective).

6. Exchanges

We currently only offer refunds. Exchanges for the same item can be facilitated by processing a refund for the returned item and having you place a new order.
